I've had this tool for years lol! I use it on my top layer only (on occasion) because i have highlights and the top layer falls a little flat but all my other hair looks like this naturally! It's a cute look on you!

Let me explain..... I say that because until about year ago I would spend hours straightening my hair, getting blowouts, and in general fighting the curls and waves. Finally, the angel who does my hair talked me into living with the my natural hair for a while, and while I still prefer it straight, I save so much time (I have a ton of hair) and save so myself from a lot frustration, that I usually wash, throw in a bunch of treatments, and let it air dry. Make sense? I'm so jealous of your mostly straight locks, Leigh Ann..... Dangit! I ended up writing a novella, after all! So sorry! Have a fantastic week, sweetie! Hugs from Dallas! ❤️

You can get a pretty similar effect with a flat iron if you can't afford a triple barrel iron. You just basically work your flat iron dont the hair twisting it back and forth in opposite directions to make kinks. Its not as big of waves but it makes a really cool texture!
