Train your hair, every-time you get out the shower comb your hair straight down, over time it should more naturally go forward and not to the sides

Ik you said body weight but you should look into this workout kzbin.info/www/bejne/i2HFmXhsbK2oers it doesn’t take long and if it’s not enough you can always throw something extra or do it a couple more times it’s good for forming muscles if you do it the very minimum 3 times a week but 4 times is always better and it’s just 1 off day your missing out on (since with a more heavier weight you might get sore not a lot to the point where everything hurts but if it’s your first time you might)

There’s one problem… my hair is always way too frizzy and puffy. Even with products the next day it’s back to normal. I’ve been trying to lay it down over my forehead but it goes up and I look really ugly like that. My hair is about i’d say 3.5 inches long

you need to stop washing your hair with hot water, thats what makes your hair frizzy. trust me, within a week of using only cold water for when I wash my hair, I saw the frizz in my own hair decrease

ive done a cheatcode recently, after washing ur hair, put product in ur hair, prestyle a lil bit, then put on a beanie, shake it on ur head a lil bit, then pull your beanie back then quickly pull it back to where the beanie is just above ur eyebrows. then wait for atleast 20 minutes.Thats how i get my wavy/messy hairstyle hope this helps some1 out there

How do you take showers? Every time you shower you're supposed to use shampoo, conditioner for a minute or two, then body wash. Not that complicated, Idk if it's your lack of shampooing. Also I wouldn't recommend using too many oils or creams or whatever once you get out of the shower. I only do it sometimes.
