Easy Milk Powder Gulab Jamun Recipe | गुलाब जामुन | Diwali Sweets Recipes | Diwali Special Recipe

Diwali is almost here and I wanted to present you guys with an easy and awesome recipe using milk powder. A tremendously delectable Indian sweet recipe which will leave everyone drooling for more. So, make milk powder gulab jamun this diwali using this recipe!

This recipe is in Hindi with English Subtitles.
Ingredients:
For making Mawa
Milk powder 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Desi ghee 3 Tablespoon
For Chashni
Sugar 2 cup
Water 2 cup
Kesar few strands
Cardamom 7 to 8
For Making Gulab Jamun balls
Already made Mawa
Maida 3 tablespoon
Sooji 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
If you feel the dough is dry you can add 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoon milk
For stuffing
Pistachios 1 tablespoon
Kesar 1 pinch
Cardamom Dana or seeds 1/4 teaspoon

When the dough of the jamuns is not soft enough, then the result jamuns tend to be harder when cooked.Second If the jamuns are fried on high heat, then they will become hard on the inside though they may look perfect from outside. Do try the recipe with my tips , you'll make perfect gulab jamun:)
