One of my earliest memory is of my mom making Jamuns for my cousin who was visiting us, in late 60s. My mom patiently boiled the milk for what seemed like hours. She adopted shortcuts later on but that version she made with so much effort still is fresh in my mind. I would have shown her your version, were she still here.

Tried the recipe and turned out amazing with a few changes in the recipe here 1. Substituted baking soda with powder 2. Didn't add milk to the mix all at once. Add little at a time. I needed less than 1tablespoon milk to knead mine. While frying keep the gas at minimum heat like he said and keep on moving the jamuns to get even color. Good luck!!

Wow! I loved it when you talked about the fruit gulab jamun ( golapjam) from Bengal, specially Haldia. I'm from Haldia & have eaten the fruit a few times.

Is it only me who finds him more attractive than the gulaab jamun? 😋🙈

The person attractiveness comes only when he talks not by the way the person looks. So Ranveer has inbuilt art of talk which is so smooth n cunning. Every industry especially food industry the person has to be (very importantly) polite n sober
