Easy Mini Cheesecakes with Chocolate Covered Strawberries| Valentine's Day Dessert

Makes approx. 18 cups
Graham Cracker Base:
1.5 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
5 tbs melted butter room temp.
Cheesecake:
16 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Sugar
270g Hershey's Chips
18 strawberries
Bake: 18-20 min @320 degrees
