I just watched Katja do a layout using the same papers, and I like your version much better. Hers was very pretty, but a little dark for my taste. Many artists treat white spaces as something they need to remember to leave. You take white to a whole other level and make it an important part of your artwork!

Thank you so much! So glad you are here! I don't put my pages in albums. I plan to put some of my favorites in shadow frames and hang them in my craft room. I hope that helps.

I've gotten many things off of my rusty crown, she's awesome to work with. Love this paper, beautiful layout. Yay for getting past your artistic block, funny how it only took a piece of cardboard .. lol. I love tearing off the top layer of cardboard to get to that texture below. I usually add little stones in gesso on it, then color it. Gives an awesome looking texture.

Love, love, love this and the paper is beautiful...I do love watching your process and knowing that you have to play around vs. me thinking you have a vision and boom your vision is on paper or canvas etc. I know that all designers have to play around with their piece but I also, some days feel that because you do it so much it's easier always, When I know in actuality, that is not the case. Hi Tiffany, please can you explain why when I coat my paper with clear gesso it curls up, it even makes the card I mount it on curl too!! Driving me mad. X

Hey Sue. The paper is going to curl because of the moisture. If you spray the back of the cardstock with a little water to help flatten it out that should help.
