EASY MUFFIN RECIPE! |

AMERICAN STYLE MUFFIN 🧁
Ingredients:
-300g baking mix for batter
-50g dark chocolate
-2 eggs (size M)
-125ml sunflower oil (cooking oil)
-100ml water
1. PREPARE DOUGH: Put the baking mixture, eggs, cooking oil and water in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer (beater) first at the lowest setting, then mix at the highest setting for approx. 2-3 minutes until creamy.
2. BAKING: Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Divide the batter evenly between the molds using 2 tablespoons. Decorate with the pieces of dark chocolate. Bake the muffins on the middle rack in the preheated oven. Before removing, use a wooden skewer to check the muffins are done. Top/bottom heat approx. 200°C, circulating air: approx. 180°C, baking time approx. 15-20 minutes.
3. COOL DOWN: After baking, place the muffins on a wire rack to cool. Please note that the preparation times may vary depending on the manufacturer of the device.
