Best thing to do is bring a psychic mega to max out on candy & XL candy & if you don't have a team of trainers use pokegenie as the raid limit has been increased... use dark pokemon for one & fire for the other with the same psychic mega... and thats pretty much it

I would say to go ahead and do Necrozma raids so you have all that you need WHEN Cosmog is available to get later.
