Easy No-Pin Boutonniere

Boutonnieres, or buttonhole flowers, are often a challenge to secure to the lapel of a jacket or tuxedo. In this Flower School How-To Video Leanne shares a quick and easy flowers-to-wear technique that doesn't require a pin. Using two kinds of adhesive and materials with lots of texture, the design is sturdy and secure, perfect for weddings, anniversaries, proms -- you name it! Enjoy!

I used to see boutonnieres that it has to be pinned on the shirt, but this is completely unique!!!!! Love it a lot

i presume a small sample of the material should be tested to see if the glue will stick and not stain.. Its a brilliant idea Leanne. Im really enjoying your short videos with wonderful tips.

We have used them, Sharon! It is a superb way to go if you want to avoid using pins in the boutonniere. What is the glue you are using Leanne ? It is ingenious indeed

That's an excellent question! Leanne is using Oasis Floral Adhesive, which is also known as cold glue. We have it available on our website: www.floraldesigninstitute.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_18&products_id=191 It is a very strong adhesive and works best when you apply glue to glue.
