The coupon is valid only on the fabric. That might be the reason it’s not working. If you buy 1.5 meters then you can get 4 75x75 fats and some boosters in like 680₹, the only thing is you have to cut them and the edges won’t be serged. Rest is your preference. Will 70*70 cm fits even if baby grows bigger? Or do we need to make the bigger size flats?

Meena Am 70x70 will fit till potty training. Instead of cutting them bigger you can use two flats together if more absorbency is needed. Also you will get some booster flats or flats that are smaller inside which works great for additional absorbency with your 70x70 flats as the grows

Newborns usually poops every 2-3 hours at max so you will end up changing it then. Also 60x60 cms works better for newborns
