Hi I love your quarterly planning but to me they are 52 weeks in a month and 12 months in a year. This is how I do my physical quarter plan. Q1- is January 1st and ends March 31st Q2-is April 1st and ends June 30th Q3-is July 1st and ends September 30th This is how I do my quarters it's more easier

Yes I try to work like that too, but sometimes life, gets "lifey". So, I would rather start whenever, rather than waste say 2 months waiting for the next "normal quarter".
