thank you for your sharing. Is it possible to create a radio wave effect in Motion similar to that in Adobe AE?

As always, fantastic tutorial. Could you elaborate on the marker function, how you make an animation remain the same length no matter how much you extend the generator in FCP? I’m confused how the marker options do that. Thanks again!!!

Hey, where did you get sfx for your counting animation? And what is the name for this sfx?:)
@TheFinalCutBro Жыл бұрын
I have no idea where I got it! I have thousands of SFX I have downloaded over the last 17 years. That said, it’s just some gears clicking! So that might help you in your search!

I want to learn doing these animations/ motion graphics. I’m unsure if I should buy Apple motion or go with Davinci Fusion which is included in the free version of Davinci resolve. Since I’m a beginner I don’t want to already invest 60$ but on the other hand I feel like fusion is a little more confusing. What would you recommend?

I think the main thing to consider is, do you typically edit in Resolve or in FCP? If the answer is Resolve, then I’d 100% just try out fusion at least. It’s more complex, but also, more powerful with its tracking and node based systems. However, if you’re editing in FCP. It’s so beautifully integrated. It allows you to design your own templates and plugins with just a few clicks, it’s really hard to go elsewhere when designing graphics. In the end though, since fusion is free, why not give it a shot and see what you think? If you don’t like it, then maybe try out the alternatives. Hope that helps!

@@TheFinalCutBro thank you very much for your quick response ! I usually edit in Davinci Resolve and just recently started to take a look at animations/ motion graphics. I‘ve also used Fusion for a little while now and just can’t seem to get the hang of it. That why I started to look for alternatives and came across motion. It just seemed more straight forward and not as complex. I think I’ll do some more research on motion to see if it’s the better option. Thanks again, keep up the good content !
