@KyleandMistie They both look pretty good, but I have always been curious about the manicotti with the string cheese. That is one I would like to try. Both the hubby and I love manicotti, and it would be interesting to see how this tastes. What would you rate this to a regular manicotti?

Please flop your foil over. The shiny side should always be on the outside and the dull side should be on the inside. It seriously helps food stick less and heat conduct better.

It all looks good. But I’m surprised you don’t have the hamburger chopper utensil. It’s great I saw other cooks use it and I found it at Walmart.
