Oxtail Shopping List:
- Ingredients:
- 4.5 Lb Of Oxtail
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 1 TBSP: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Adobo, Black Pepper, Salt
- 2 Cloves minced Garlic
- 2 Green Onions
- 7-8 Stalks of Thyme
- 2-3 TBSP Browning
- 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Habanero Pepper

More of a medium low when the ox tails are cooking, like a 4/5 on the heat knob thingy
