They sell small packets of braai spice that works well - like lemon and herb. But you can make it with flour, mixed dry herbs, powdered garlic, paprika or even chilli powder. It's not a strong taste so just about any herb works well. You can even just use plain salt and black pepper - it'll still taste nice.
