Hi chef!! I have been your fan ever since raja rasoi and masterchef season has added much more towards my respect that i have for you; for the respect you have for the individual ingredients as well as the authenticity and originality of any particular dish. The way you explain the history and evolution of a dish is just the most exciting part of your cooking. I consider myself as an average cook as i definitely don't have the expertise which is a prerequisite; and also everything i have learnt is from watching my maa and dadi cooking, but i watch a lot of travel for food vlogs and recipe videos as well. But considering a traditional dish, the amount of knowledge about its originality, purpose, and a authentic recipe that you give is just substantial and incredible. Thanks for all the effort you put in and the desiness you add to any continental dish. Also, consider this as a personal request, and i know that many people will want to lear these dishes. Chef, i have been trying to make the authentic nepolitan pizza base as well as ciabatta or baguette and all. And, have even achieved to make them nearly perfect a couple of times, but i jave been having problems with the saturation ratio, proofing timee etc., And as i know that you have had experience with french and italian cooking, i'd like you to do a session just on these dishes; atleast explaining their composition (as it takes long). Even tough it's a personal request, but i guess many people will benefit out of this. Thanks (big fan!!)

IN BOMBAY THIS TYPE OF SIZZLER IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN BIG RESTAURANTS. NORMAL RESTAURANTS SERVE CHINESE STYLE SCHEZWAN CHICKEN ON HOT SIZZLER PAN AND THEY NEVER SERVE IT WITH RICE AND THEY GIVED THE NAME SIZZLER. AND THAT IS FAR BETTER THAN ORGINAL SIZZLER😂
