You were so speedy I didn’t see what the brush was . Have you done a video explaining the brushes and their uses? I’m going to binge watch now to see. Ooh also, my nails just don’t seem to like gel polish for some reason, it looks lovely for a day then just pops off my nail in one piece. Maybe my nails are too flat or something, I’ve no idea. Ah! Love that, thank you! 😊 I haven't done a brush video, but will add it to my list! Are your natural nails particularly shiny? If so, they might just be quite oily, which can cause early lifting. If you buff them first, use an alcohol based cleanser (isopropyl alcohol) and then a primer and/or bonder, you might yield longer lasting results. Also need to make sure there is no product whatsoever on the surrounding skin, as that will peel and bring the rest with it - also that you are capping the free edge well. I had a lady come to me with the same issue, but she's never had that issue with me, and I suspect it's all in the prep.

You hold your hand up palm facing you and tap lightly in between your ring finger and pinkie on the back of your hand. Haha you mean kryten on red dwarf! I loved it :) I saw this vid thumbnail pop up earlier during a nail play I was having with pastel colours, I loved those stringy bits and decided I'd add them to mine.. I fiddled for 45 god damn minutes with a striping brush trying to get them as thin as yours, I gave up and whazzed it in the bin... I've now just watched this vid & feel like high fiving myself in the face with a shovel.. you used spider gel! Serves me right doesn't it 🤣🤣

I use alot of breathing techniques when mine flares up , takes alot of practice but ut can work really well, also the 5 sense trick can help you just focusing on that exact moment,so your mind doesn't run away with you. I know it sounds daft but I learnt alot if tips here on KZbin! Waiting for professional help but I don't see that happening in the next 50 years lol 😆 😅 😂 I'm always here if you need a willing ear, I'm also pretty good at calm g down fellow warriors, that's exactly what you are a warrior!
