This tank is absolutely mesmerizing. What I like is how the hardscape and plants dominate slightly offthe middle...while giving the fish total free space on the other side, as well as a hiding space amongst and behind the rocks.

A lot of folks get out of planted tanks as they don’t start with the simple layouts & plants you know. This tank is so simple, & still looks good in my opinion👍🏻 anubias is awesome I think👌🏻

You're so right Lewis as a beginner you don't have to spend the earth to end up with something beautiful. Most of the plants you mentioned are common so as a result they're not too expensive. Then as you say basic substrate and a small amount of planting substrate and you're good to go. The other side to this is once your tank is looking awesome you then want something bigger and so it starts. Great video as usual mate keep em coming. Take care and stay safe.

Nice video..The angle you have in the tank is small now..what will you do once it's full grown it won't have any swimming room in a 3ft tank or is a 3ft tank large enough

How do you vacuum the planted area inside the rocks or is it not needed. It’s awesome looking but would be a hassle if you had to take apart and put back to clean. Great tank
