Easy Pork Pata Kare Kare Recipe - one of our most requested dish at home. It is best eaten with stir fried shrimp sauce and rice. We love this version, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".
Easy Pork Pata Kare Kare Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Parboil
enough - water to submerge ingredients
2 tbsp - salt
5 pcs - bay leaves
1.5 kilos - pork leg
1/2 cup - vinegar
2. Saute/ Simmer
3 tbsp - olive oil
1/3 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots/ onions
***parboiled pork leg
2 tbsp - fish sauce
6 cups - water
1 cup - coconut milk
2 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 cup - peanut butter
1 tsp - chicken powder
10 grams - achuete powder (cornstarch mixed)
250 grams - banana blossom
300 grams - string beans
300 grams - eggplant
300 grams - pechay
5 pcs - spicy chilis
Sauce: Stir fried shrimp sauce (Stir Fry: cooking oil + garlic + spicy chilis + shrimp sauce + sugar + chicken powder + liquid seasoning)
Cooking Time: approximately 3 hours
Serving: 5+ people
