Easy Potato Soup Recipe

In this video, I will show how to make potato soup. It's a simple and very tasty recipe. The main ingredient is just potatoes. I believe you will love this Potato Soup recipe.
Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
600 gram potatoes
2 and half cups water
1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
A pinch of ground white pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps
1.In a pan on medium high heat, melt the butter.
2.Once the butter has melted, stir in the chopped yellow onion unto cooked for about 3 minutes.
3.Stir in the potatoes for about 3 minutes.
4.Transfer the potatoes and yellow onion into a pot. The pot is already on the stove.
5. Pour in the water. Seasoning with the vegetable stock powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of ground white pepper.
6.Cover the pot with a lid, allow the potato soup to boil on low heat for about 15 minutes.
7.After 15 minutes, remove the lid. Using a hand blender to grind all ingredients thoroughly.
8.Pour in the whipping cream, and continue cook the potato soup for another 1 minute.
9.Spoon the potato soup into a serving bowl.
10.Sprinkle with the chopped parsley on top and serve. Enjoy!
