I like to collect any ashes for black salt. Biodegradable nontoxic things could either be buried or carried away by a body of water (keep in mind animals may eat stuff though so definitely make sure its safe) and anything else honestly can go in the good old bin

Manifest, you don't need these things to perform rituals. For a protection spell you can meditate and visualize a bubble made of anything you like, such as bricks, glass, vines etc, visualize that bubble expanding around you and hold it in place. Blessings young one.

Unless you specifically summoned a demonic presence you will not by accident summon one - they tend to be very difficult to summon (don’t let hollywood fool you) - you may just have a bit of a trickster or just some funky energy that needs to be cleared out, potentially if you made and broke promises to specific beings you could’ve angered them, or if you’ve done spells in a specific area you could’ve potentially pissed off local spirits, but demonic spirits are incredibly unlikely I would say do a deep cleanse, some protection work and make an offering and ask for peace/forgiveness in case you by accident angered some spirits
