SoCal W212 well on your W212 you could very easily change the bulbs to LEDs (with a load resistor to prevent errors) and have a nice looking set. The halogen setup in the W205 is sadly not a projector setup and it’s an (imo) ugly reflector housing. The upgraded LED headlights change the whole look of the car, without them being on. The W212 halogen Setup doesn’t look much different at all than the bi-xenon setup (on the pre facelift).

There is a wireless charger kit that just slides in the hole and powers from the 12v socket

The version for the W204 kinda sucks. It’s a charging pad that sits inside the center armrest (which isn’t really practical because it’s a pain in the ass to keep opening the center armrest to get your phone). It’s not easy access like the W205.

They don't have one i bought a 17 dollar foldable wireless charger. Took out the metal ashtray (much easier if you don't need cup holders) and folded the wireless charger in the left hand side and plugged a dual 12V fast charger adapter in the 12V outlet. My phone eliminates the problem of it sticking out but, you could use it like Flex "Mercedes" Wheeler here. I do have a Note 20 which is huge and looks awful but, my Z Flip 5G fits perfectly in there. I'm not taking a console off and dealing with fuze adapters whilst screwing with electronics on a notoriously complex and unreliable brand. (You heard me Mercedes) I have a new Mercedes and a grocery getter 2014 E350 4matic Sport. Last year of the better W212. (It is a W204) The foldable wireless charger are great. Didnt think they would be. You can charge vertically or horizontally on the center panel and they don't move being all rubber.

@@supremecarnage5071 I just did this a couple weeks ago since mine was the same scratched up gloss black one. I waited for a couple months on eBay for a used GLC center console that was the black wood. This one occasionally doesn't have the little cut out for the clock that all the other ones have. My C300 doesn't have an analog clock in the console originally and I didn't want to mess with everything it took to get it to sync right. The hardest part is getting that silver trim piece off without breaking the plastic clips on each side. Totally worth it though. I absolutely love my black wood center console. Really makes it pop and looks amazing compared!

The only wireless charger for a 204 sits in the armrest. You can find it on eBay or amazon. I never made a video on it because it’s a terrible spot if you quickly need access to your phone.

No you wouldn’t because the version for the 204 is inside your middle armrest. It’s super in inconvenient to charge your phone there or have quick access to it.

No because the cigarette lighter only powers on when the car is "on". I worked on it while the car was off. But if someone wants to be super careful, disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery is a good idea.

Hi Alexander just dropped on your channel I think its very good. Your seem to be along the lines of what I'm looking for in terms of a mod to my c220d AMG Premium...Its my third 220 and what really frustrates me is the rear view mirror. It got all this tech but has one thing missing, the one thing which is what you commented on in one of your videos and that is messy wires. I always have a dash cam but they all need usb power can you PLEEEEASE do a mod so you can have a USB fitted to the mirror to power the dash cam so the wires are not trailing all down the windscreen and across the console to the lighter or usb feed in the centre console box. Charging from a laptop USB port is about 2.5watts. Regular wall chargers that comes with a phone deliver about 5watts. This qi wireless charger delivers 10watts fast charging.

I dont see why you can't. Just have to get the right charger that will fit your CLA because the wire harness might be different then the version for the C-Class.

Not going to lie, upgrading the turbo is a bad idea on the w205 and w204. These engines aren’t really built for upgraded turbos unless you plan on changing out the pistons and exhaust manifold. This isn’t really a car to build power. The best are bolt on mods and a nice tune if you want some power but being a c300, it’s limited in performance. The c43 is a better platform to build power.
