For this ramen recipe, you can easily find the ingredients.
For the soup, for 1 person
- 400ml of water
- 1 chicken broth
- 1 and a half tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic
For Aji tamago (egg)
2 hard-boiled eggs: cooking a little less than 7 minutes.
- 4 csp soy sauce
- 3 csp of water
- 2 csp mirin
- 1 csp of sugar
Eggs can be kept for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
To cook the spaghetti, 100gr/person
in boiling water
- a little salt
- 1 tbsp baking soda
You have to cook 1 to 2 minutes more than what is indicated on the package of spaghetti
