مكونات الكريم الأول : نصف لتر حليب 500مل 3 ملاعق سكر كبيرة 60غ 3 ملاعق نشا الذرة كبيرة 50غ 8غ سكر الفانيليا. 50غ من شوكولاتة البيضاء. 80غ مبشور جوز الهند. اقوم بتغطيته بورق الطبخ وادخاله الثلاجة ليبرد. 📌 مكونات العجين : 2 بيضات. 5 ملاعق سكر كبيرة 100غ 8غ سكر الفانيليا. 4 ملاعق زيت كبيرة 40مل 3 ملاعق زبدة كبيرة 60غ 8غ بيكنج بودر 330غ طحين. اضع ثلث العجين في المجمد. قطر القالب 24سم ،مدهون بالزبدة. حرارة الفرن 180، مدة الطهي 40-45 دقيقة. 📌 مكونات الكريم التاني : 600مل عصير البرتقال الطبيعي 4 ملاعق سكر كبيرة 80غ 3 ملاعق نشا الذرة كبيرة 60غ 📌 للتزين : سكر بودرة
