When I press the button, the piston doesn’t activate like yours does at 7:41. The red stone torch and dust don’t light up either. I’ve checked all my previous steps, and they’re all correct. How can I fix this?

i tried to build it and the redstone torch wasn't lighting up. me and my friend tried to fix it and still are but we can't figure out the problem. i love how clear you made the tutorial though! for us it wouln't open but it would close now that we messed with it it doesn't open or close anymore. lol

Playing in 1.2 and it doesn’t seem to work all the time. Sometimes it goes up 1 block, sometimes it goes up 2 blocks, sometimes it’s a different combination of some blocks going up 2 and others 1. I did also notice that you said 5 red stone repeaters are required, but you only place 4 so maybe that is the problem?
