Hi Nicki. You’re an inspiration. I’m nearly 70 and only started cooking a few months ago using your recipes. My wife of nearly 50 years is amazed and grateful to you as well. So far we’ve enjoyed your full Roast Beef recipes including Yorkshire Puds ( that she tells me are the best she’s had), crispy roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese. Roast Lamb and Dauphinoise potatoes, Your easy roast chicken dinner, Chicken Carbonara, Saag Aloo and Fish pie. My Wife loves to cook so I’m not taking over, just doing a regular Sunday Roast and one evening supper dish per week. I can’t thank you enough for getting me started. My very best to you and your family. 🥰
