In this video I show you how I make my easy roasted tomato salsa that we serve at our winery. This recipe is easy to do at home right on your stovetop. It uses fresh ingredients and is delicious with chips or served with your favorite Mexican food. I always have this salsa in my fridge to serve at a moments notice. It will easily last for a week or two.
Ingredients:
10 medium tomatoes
1 dried red chili - or more to your taste
1 large jalepeño
1 large onion
1 large bunch of cilantro
2 tsp salt
2 TBSP cumin
4 TBSP lime juice
Roast all the vegetables in a hot pan until charred. Process in a food processor with the spices, lime and cilantro. Enjoy!
