Easy Salmon Bowl 🍣

Ingredients:
Jasmin rice
2 pieces of salmon
Cucumber
Carrots
Spicy mayo
Sauce- (for 2 salmon filets)
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp honey
Garlic powder
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
•
•
•
Instructions:
1) Wash and cook jasmin rice in a rice cooker.
2) Cut salmon filets into cubes. (skinless is easier to work with)
3) Mix together the sauce and coat the salmon cubes.
4) Airfry @ 390°F for 7-10 minutes. (until cooked to ur liking)
5) Add vegetables and spicy mayo.
6) Enjoy :)

Here’s a tip if you don’t know! To get the scales off the salmon without sacrificing any of the yummy salmon meat, put a pan on high heat with some oil, and place the salmon scales down for A FEW SECONDS. It’ll come right off
