Looks really yummy / good ! I wonder IF this could be made in the CrockPot (slow cooker) & an estimate for the time ? I'll try it in the Oven 1st, but w/ it being sooo Hot here : ( just wondering about CP ... Thanks for sharing ! : )

I understand! it has been around 100 degrees here everyday. Yes you can absolutely make it in the CP..however, rice tends to get mushy in the crockpot, so I would cook all the other ingredients in the crockpot..about 4 hours on low...cook the rice separately and add it in last (about 20 minutes before the rest is done) thanks for watching!
