I am always looking for some thing that I can make. I have been married for 64 years and in that time I have never cooked. My wife came down with Dementia 4 years ago and in the last 2 years she is unable to and thing. The cooking is not some thing that I know how to do. Well thanks to you I was able to follow you step by step and it was so easy. Let me tell you I was real proud of my self when it came out of the oven. I was so surprised that it tasted great. I left a comment a day or two ago, stating I would be making this recipe. I did, indeed, make it and my husband and 17 year-old grandson absolutely loved it. I doubled the recipe and made two casseroles for two separate dinners. Both casseroles were eaten that same night. Thanks for sharing.

I just made this and I put in extra Italian seasoning and parsley. To save time I always purchase pre-diced onions and minced garlic in a jar. I cooked the onions and garlic along with the ground beef. I wasn't sure if this was going to taste good but this recipe was surprisingly delicious for a low budget, easy to fix weeknight meal. I will definitely keep this on the list.

Just made this and it's in the oven cooking as we speak. I made a couple adjustments according to our families likes but basically used your recipe. Instead of egg noodles which I didn't have on hand I used rotini noodles because I had them on hand. Instead of tomato sauce I used spegetti sauce because I had that on had. Looks absolutely delicious going in the oven. I will update once we eat it!! :) Thank you for the recipe and for the video on how to make it, I wanted something quick and easy for dinner with things I had on hand and this was the recipe I chose. Thank you.

Good video! I love casseroles. I grew up on casseroles. Why? Because my Dad grew up in the hills of Tennessee (1930-48) and ate what poor hill folk ate. Mind you, he said they ate well and never went hungry but he was tired of fried chicken, cornbread, ham, red-eye gravy, pinto beans, souse, etc. Mom liked to make casseroles and Dad loved them...so we had a lot of them as I was growing up. Nevertheless, I enjoy trying a new casserole now and then, and my wife loves it when I cook. I'll be trying your casserole. Thanks for the video.
