Love these videos. I've gone back and watched them all. I'm in the UK and have three kids. My eldest two (8.5 and 7) take lunch boxes every day and my youngest (4) prefers a cooked school lunch. I really enjoy the inspiration for simple lunches. So cute that Emily wanted you to film her lunch. :) xx

You had a nice variety in the lunches this past week Lindsay. I especially took note of the naan cheese pizza…that would be a perfect side with lasagna or any pasta dish! I am guessing they’re finally getting the glitches worked out of the school lunch program …seeing Jacob managed to successfully get a few of them . That is good…and it’s a nice break from a packed lunch for the kiddos . I always get a kick out of hearing Emily somewhere in the background telling you some important fact ..today , she found your phone and turned it off . Such a cutie !! @@kikiski223 thanks Kiki. The lunch ordering is a bit smoother, but I still can't understand why we have to order two weeks in advance. 🤔 I think alot of food gets wasted. Jacob said his lunch yesterday didn't look the best but ended up being delicious. Some kids wouldn't give it a chance though. The garlic cheese pizza on naan is so yummy!! Yes, Emily is always adding something interesting to a video! Lol we tried some of the Ziti pasta yesterday and loved it. Have a great day, Kiki. 😊❤️

A lot of folks in NE like to use that pasta to make baked pasta dishes…usually with some peppers, tomato sauce and ground beef in it..topped with shredded cheese and baked ! I am glad your family enjoyed the ziti. 😊👍

What a great week of lunches for the kids, and how fun that you included a lunch for Emily when you went shopping, she is such a little sweetie full of excitement. Your pumpkin cookies looked yummy, and your chocolate sourdough bread sounds delicious. I love the idea of the snack lunches, I'm going to recommend that to my daughter as little Mackenzie is becoming a little bit more finicky lately with her eating, I think it's because she is still cutting teeth, molars to be exact and I think it hurts her too much to chew on anything hard. I also love the idea of the garlic cheese naan fingers that might also be something that she could try. @@TheMtggrl Thanks Tania, the chocolate sour dough bread was okay. I'm going to try making it again and cook it for less time and see, I found it a bit dry. The younger two love snack lunches, Jacob would eat one, but he doesn't like that as much for school. I enjoy packing that type of lunch because you can add so many different things. Mackenzie might enjoy that. Teething is so hard on them! The garlic cheese pizza is really good, it was smelling so good in the kitchen after baking them! Have a wonderful week! ❤️😊
