Emily talking in the banana….why is it we always smile whenever we see any child doing that? My son gets out on the 20th as well. His friend got out this past Thursday and goes back after my son. Crazy how they have all different schedules now. I’m glad Jacob is feeling better.

I love watching Emily empty lunchboxes! She is so adorable. You sent great lunches . I’m sorry that Jacob was sick. It’s hard when kiddos don’t feel good. Bologne sandwiches today, we all love those every now and then. Some banana choc chip bread and fruit by the foot for a lunch today with clementine pieces. Making some seafood chowder and biscuits for tonight. I'm kinda hoping you all get some snow that will stay soon. Makes it look more festive. We're expecting rain and +5°C today so we're going to lose some snow and our snowman ⛄️. We're expecting colder weather -15 °C by Thursday and snow this weekend coming. I love the star on your counter. Looks like a primitive style which is what I adore. School Christmas concerts are so cute and very good. Lots of talent. Wishing you all a great week. 😊❤

Great lunch ideas again, it looks like the kids didn't have a very hungry week though, but that happens sometimes, and of course Emily is always waiting to finish up leftovers, LOL. I'm glad to hear that Jacob is feeling better and didn't pass on the sick bug to anyone else in the family. I cannot believe it's almost Christmas break for the kiddo's already, this year has flown by it seems. Our Christmas plans have changed, we will be doing brunch at my daughter's house on Christmas Eve morning instead of Christmas Day, it would be too rushed if we did X-mas morning because they are also going to a big dinner at her brother and sister in-laws house later in the day. I'm a little sad we can't see the baby first thing in the morning, but I'll survive. We go to see her yesterday morning and she was in such a great mood; we gave her an early Christmas gift and she got to play on her slide quite a bit, it's always so fun when she is in a pleasant mood. We are all done with our gift buying, and our tree is up and decorated so now we just wait for Santa to come. Thanks for sharing the kid's lunches with us, I always enjoy seeing what they are taking.
