Easy Shamrock Pie

This easy Shamrock Pie is my version of the similar Kool-Aid pie....the difference being that I like to increase the Kool-Aid to using 2 packets rather than 1 since it really amps up the flavor!! This cool, refreshing pie is a great quick dessert to make for the warmer days coming.
