This dish was suggested by a South African friend of the channel a while back and I thought I'd give it a try. It was such an odd recipe I had my doubts but I really LOVED the final result! Almost a cheese cake texture but not dense, with a great fresh lemon flavor. This pairs really great with blueberries and other fruit you enjoy with lemon.

South African Cremora Tart Recipe:
For the crust:
200g tennis biscuits (graham crackers work fine)
100g melted butter
For the filling:
2 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup FRESH lemon juice (get that bottle OUT of here)
1 cup water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
