Ok that's not how it's made 😐 you don't boil the water but have it as cold as possible almost ice like! You mix that water in with you powder and wipe it until it holds shape. You add your lemon juice to your condens milk and mix well. You spread caramel over the Biscuits and lay them at the bottom. You then mix the cold powder mix and condens milk mixture together until keeps shape after pulling out spoon. The poor overall the biscuits and done. If done right you can eat it right there and now if done wrong you must refrigerate.

Love cremora tarts but this recipe seems a little too sweet😅 2 cans?? & I'd suggest using the lemon juice from the fruit itself not the bottled one. One or half the can sometimes does the trick, with a lot of lemon juice😎
