If you don't have access to water from Mississippi river, you can emulate it with a mixture of 97 parts tap water, 1 part raw sewage, and 2 parts agricultural waste. Ideally, the toxic farm chemicals will take care of all of the ecoli bacteria and make it drinkable.

it won't work because the corn starch you find in stores is not pure starch. it's a very refined flour. if you can't get the pure kind, you can use potato starch.
