Thank you Tasty for putting up such an inspiring ,top notch noodle making video. The well written scripts, the quiet yet vivid background ,the perfect lightings, the filming angles, the impressive video editing skills , and not to mention - the wonderful Chefs! Surely without Tasty, it would be just a typical boring food making video. Hope to see more of this in future Tasty videos!😍😍😍

Kazakh people have similar way of doing noodles like Soba, and there are many different kinds. We were taught from childhood. We have noodle soup called Koje, Beshbarmak which is originally called "Meat Kazakh way" and many more. The food usually mixture of other cultures like Uygur (lagman), Manti (recipe was carried across Central Asia along the Silk Road to Anatolia by Turkic and Mongol peoples) and many more, most of our food is related to dough. But Chinese way of doing noodles is just wow! I can imagine that not everyone can possibly make. Need years of skills. Gonna prepare Ramen noodles today. Which consist of only flour, water, salt and egg. You need big rolling wood!

Well he use extrem poor flour for his noodles so.... it taste great but it very simple flour with no great nutritional quality only gluten. (For the first master).
@incognito35405 жыл бұрын
Maybe the gluten is used on purpose to make the noodles more elastic ? Well... I bet the dishes made by hand are still better than industrial ones, anyway... I guess

I don’t care what anybody says, food art as much as music or movies. To me art is pleasure of a certain sense, movies and painting: view, music: hearing, and food is taste.
