Amazing video as usual! I have a question tho, when I was in 9th grade I was running 11,3 in the 100 m I had to stop track for personal issues and now I'm 19 what should I expect in term of 100m time ?

Tbh it matters more if you trained and improved at all. You don’t automatically get faster just because you get older if you don’t do anything to improve. You’ll be stronger naturally but you need to apply it while running. At 19 I would expect 10 mid if you kept with it so under 10.8 you’re in good shape starting back up

Not sure. Everyone differs there’s no specific number. But it’s not just for performance it’s also to prevent injury
