As a PhD nutritionist I can tell you this is great advice! Stay on the outside isles! Beet juice is amazing! Nuts and grains are loaded with magnesium. I would say add eggs as an amazing source of protein. Great video!

World class athletes and still they don't know shit about nutrition. All this crap like bars, almond milk, oats are terrible gor your gut. It's really simple. Meat like pork tenderloin, some romain lettuce and that's it. For carbs eat in moderation something easy to digest like rice or pasta. Fruits in moderation

@@kingsleysc thanks for the response 👑. Everybody has different body types, you're truly blessed to race as strong as you do and eat and snack in ways we couldn't necessarily get away with. That's a compliment to your genetics and skill level. For my daughter we're very clean during training camps for example no more than 3 meals per day preferably two, in a 6 hour window per 24 hours. Our calories are very clean and naturally sourced as possible, no dirty carbs or sports drinks etc. she has a sweet tooth and if it were up to her it would be tacos and pizza everyday through camp 😂. All that said we are new to your content, and know you from Canadian meets. We're bing watching when we get the chance trying to stay caught up. Keep up the great work 🏆
