Yes you need to stir quick and then let it sit. It doesn’t need to bubble. Hope it helps.

Hello Blueberry. I usually try to answer all questions. Germal plus can be added at max 0,5% per what I know. Consider the percentage rates in your respective country. It can vary depending on the regulations. Hope this helps.
