I want to share a recipe that my family absolutely loves!! I make this when we go camping. I usually use an aluminum pan and cook it on the grill. Start by slicing your tomatoes and layering them in the pan. I usually make two layers. Pour one small bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing over the tomoatoes. Then cover with parmesan cheese. I make sure I use the entire bottle of parmesan because when it cooks it gets ooey gooey!! Cover with foil and put on the grill. let the tomatoes cook down with the dressing and the cheese melts and browns on the top. I have also cooked this in the oven at home. It is amazing!!! My kids love it!! I hope you try it.

Crack cake is a yellow box cake doctored up with vanilla pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, ect . Then covered in a sugar and wine glaze. This is just the version I know, maybe hers is different. It IS really good.

My crockpot BBQ chicken is 4-6 chicken thighs (or substitute for breast) and 1 can soda. Put it on high 4 hours (or ~6 on low). Once done shred chicken and add BBQ sauce. So easy and delicious.

If you like doctored bbq sauce, you need to try Scott’s bbq sauce. It comes in a clear glass bottle with a yellow label. The sauce is red and vinegar based. I mix Sweet Baby Rays and Scott’s all the time. It’s sooo good! (Especially in the crock pot)

I can’t remember who I learned the recipe from, it had to be you, Mandy, Missy, or Taylor. 😂 anywho, you put your chicken in the crock pot with bbq sauce and them 30 minutes or so before you eat it, you put bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese on top. Stick your bread in the freezer for ten mins or so and it'll be easier to cut :) thaws almost instantly. Same for big, thick chicken breasts too/steak. Anything is easier to cut when it's firmer. Bingeing ya'lls videos rn!
