I love cooking with my partner just like you and Bunkey do. You two remind me of my relationship so much. It is so amazing to see such a loving couple getting along on KZbin. So often it’s clear on these channels that people don’t get along with their partners or that one person carries more of the weight with cooking, cleaning etc. You two seem so so kind and loving to one another and it’s super refreshing.

Awesome recipes. Just a tip I’ve learned over the last year with the rice. After cooking it on the stove I spread it out on a baking sheet and stick it in the fridge to cool down. It cooks so much better when cooled down. You don’t want to leave it in the fridge to long uncovered because it will start to grow bacteria so I usually just leave it in there for an hour. 😊

A few tips when making fried rice. Add some toasted sesame oil when cooking your eggs, just a teaspoon or two and it will give it the take-out favor (Don’t use too much sesame oil it isn’t for frying, it is just for the favor, it is has a very strong favor.) Also, let the rice cool completely better yet cook it ahead of time. Use a fork to break it in the bowl before you fry it.

Hack for cutting & seeding jalapenos. Cut the top off like you did then cut the bottom off. Now you have a tube. Where you see the rib meeting the flesh cut straight down there (knife perpendicular to the rib) and this will make slices of jalapeno with the seeds all still connected. Toss the seed center and then just chop or dice your pepper slices
@SimplyEnjoyingLife4 жыл бұрын
