It really such an interesting and involved process for a most likely, single use projectile, but i suppose most projectile weapons are like that...

I liked it, until I saw the nock. It was a split, even reinforced with a wrap, not ideal. nock should never be a split in the shaft. Still enjoyed the video, thanks for the content.

Is there a way to the feathers out of paper or something? Like do any man made materials that arent bird feathers work as a substitute?

There are artificial fletchings too - you can easily find them online

@@DreamcraftBows thanks! Do you know any ways to make them like DIY though? Like if I can't find a bird feather, what kind of simple bushcraft ways can I make them? What about materials anyone has at home? Like can you make them with a simple trip of the hardware store etc just any way to do it without feathers I would like to know if is possible please. I'm thinking credit card paper since that's thick but maybe layers of paper can work too?
