I heard this too, however I decided to give it a try with another scheduler for 1 month. My posts didnt get much traction but Im not sure if that was the only reason.

Great tips thanks :) How important do you think it is to clear out ghost followers? I think that's my biggest issue right now (from a big shout out years ago) but it's effort to sort out.

Random question: lately if I make a comment on a post I get a notice that says we removed your content and it says I shared it on my profile but I didn’t. Is this a new setting that I can change? I have never shared any comment on a post to my Instagram page. It has happened like 5 times since I got an action for a week that wouldn’t let me make comments. None of the comments are bad.
