Great video and I like the tips such as putting a piece of scrap metal down while sanding

Thanks for this. Good job, very similar to something my bride is looking for. I keep telling her that it will look better with the base painted and the top stained but she insists on all stained(and she wasn’t even alive in the ‘70s!

I love how these videos all say “easy to do” and then they come up with the hardest to do techniques done with tools the common homeowner doesn’t have or need... anyway, beautiful table, even better than the guide, like they say, woodwork is art.
@NBGTFO2 жыл бұрын
"Easy" is obviously relative. If you don't have common woodworking tools then you're not really a woodworker and so how would you expect to be able to build anything?
@majoras162 жыл бұрын
@@NBGTFO you have the “common” knowledge of how to run, what you need to do to run, yet you couldn’t easily come up with the times Usain Bolt easily makes.

@@majoras16 this guy is not, nor does he claim to be , the Usain Bolt of woodworking...😏 If this project looks difficult to you, I suggest finding another hobby... perhaps kite-flying... 🙄😂

Great build I'm a beginner and saw a good amount ov videos on tables I assume your idea of table top fasteners take the place of the z clips? also curious would a right angle attachment work instead of using the dowels I have one but not a dowel jig It's on my list great video thanks for sharing

Thanks for watching. The table could easily be modified to any skill level.

Beautiful work! Ok, now the silly question. How did you find the angle for the bottom skirt boards? Did you just put the board between the legs and mark the angle?
@DIYMinded4 жыл бұрын
Yes. I just clamped the board to the legs and marked it from the back. Thanks for watching.
@garrettp.50184 ай бұрын
