Adding water and cornstarch will thicken the sauce, it will not loosen up the sauce or make more sauce.

The corn starch thickens. But the quantity of water--against the ration of corn starch she added--will indeed do what she describes. If you just want to thicken, you use 2 table spoons of corn starch and maybe double the amount of water. She used a ton.

Everything is good, except she definitely need a bigger pan. I would of cook the vegetables first, 60% cooked vege than u put in the cooked crab, by than everything is already cooked, u just turn up the fire on high and with a bigger pan, u can toast it for about 15 second. Than your dish will be nice and hot! Will definitely make this on tonight!
