I cannot rave about this video enough! I tried this after you first posted it and have been making my hard boiled eggs like this ever since. They are absolutely delicious and always turn out perfectly and peel super easily. Deviled eggs are now my go to recipe when someone comes over, just to show off how good they are. I've never eaten so many hard boiled eggs in my life.

I have and will. I’m still trying to convince some that are too stubborn and say they know how to boil an egg to try this method. They are just missing out. Hahaha.

Thank you for this! So informative. My boys love a #6 warm with avocado toast for breakfast. Following your steps, how would you recommend warming the egg back up? Or is there a point that you could remove it from the ice bath and still peel the shell off easily and it would still be warm?

I love #6! I peel them and then dip them in warm water for a few minutes before cutting if I want them warm. That’s the easiest way to peel them and reheat them in my opinion.
