These things do an amazing job on clean floors. I wonder how they work on a dirty floor?

How long does it take to charge?

Hi Zachary, a good rule of thumb is that charge time is roughly double the run time. This machine has a maximum run time of 100 minutes. If you have anymore questions, give us a call at 803-252-0100.

I have owned one for a year now and my battery is not lasting more then 20 minutes any suggestions?

Hi Omar, sorry to hear you're having troubles with your SC351. You should still be under warranty so I would recommend reaching out to Advance at 1-800-989-2235. They can help troubleshoot over the phone and file a warranty claim, if needed.
