Seeing this with the static image just immediately gave me the idea of how to Ian Hubert style crowd shots entirely in After Effects. Put a few Puppet Pins to generate some subtle movement and you could have a neat digital crowd! Thanks for the tutorial and assets! You guys rock!

How to do that in non-static shot, like you did on with that white shirt, is it just 3d tracked displacement map or it is just scaled high? Edit:forgot to mention that Chris!! You got nice muscles!!!💪👏

It isn’t even tracked in that shot! It’s just 2 key frames to roughly match the position, and entirely 2d. The selective masking makes it look like a properly tracked effect! The hand and arm roto were applied to the alpha matte do the displacement would only happen underneath 💪
