Yay! 🌲 I’m so excited for this vid. ⛄️ Have u all ever tried those cranberry scones from Starbucks? I don’t think they make them anymore but your cookies reminded me of them. I would love a vegan recipe for those. I don’t even think Starbucks makes them anymore

Shortbread cookies are the best and super easy. I make mine similar to yours just use pistachios instead of pecans. It’s 3 am and now I’m craving cookies. 😂

Your gingerbread looks so easy to make. Think I'll try them tomorrow. I haven't had gingerbread in a long time. Pro tip: To keep your cookies fresh and soft, keep a slice or two of bread in with your cookies. I usually use an inexpensive white bread for this. This will even soften them if they are starting to get hard.

I love these ideas! I wish y'all could see how we ice our cookies when we do our annual cookie bake. LOL We use kitchen knives & Popsicle sticks and it's all over the table and our hands. I would prefer your method but when you're icing 150 cookies it's kinda time consuming :) Great ideas! Happy Holidays to you both and pup!

Thanks for the recipe! Tried the sugar cookies, and just had to add a bit of water for the dough to come together. But they were easy to roll out and bake!

I tried them yesterday following the recipe from the link, but the dough was too dry, had to add coconut oil and it kinda help!

I made the gingerbread cookies and I think I would use less molasses. The molasses was too overpowering but the cookies are good. It just don’t really taste like gingerbread

Have you tried substituting soy nog (I use Silk) for cookie and cake holiday recipes that usually call for a plant based “milk”? I substitute the nog for my Thanksgiving -Christmas recipes in lieu of the milk. It adds a richer, more festive taste, imo. Happy holidays to you guys and to the sweet Berry Baby!
